Bajcetic is a Celta Vigo junior academy product who signed with Premier League club Liverpool in December 2020. Bajcetic’s achievements were recognized with a new contract in August 2022. On August 27, he made his professional debut as a substitute in a 9-0 home win over AFC Bournemouth.
