Ross Barkley is an English professional footballer who currently plays for Premier League club Luton Town as a midfielder.
Barkley began his professional career in 2010 with Everton. He became a fixture in their club after loan spells at Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds United, playing 179 appearances and scoring 27 goals for Everton. He joined Chelsea in 2018 and has since won the FA Cup, the UEFA Europa League, and the FIFA Club World Cup in 2021.
Barkley made his England national team debut in 2013. He represented England at the 2014 FIFA World Cup and was named to Roy Hodgson’s 23-man team for UEFA Euro 2016, however he did not participate in any of England’s matches.
