Additional Info
Harry Nicholas Arter is a footballer who plays as a central or defensive midfielder in the Premier League. He is now with Premier League team Nottingham Forest but was not nominated to their 2022-23 playing squad.
He started his career at Charlton Athletic, rising through the club’s junior system before making his professional debut in 2007. Before being released, he was loaned to non-league clubs Staines Town and Welling United before joining Woking. He returned to The Football League with Bournemouth after one season at Woking, becoming a first-team regular after a loan to Carlisle United in 2011. He helped Bournemouth gain promotion to the Championship in 2013 and then to the Premier League two years later.
Arter, who was born and raised in England, represents the Republic of Ireland on a global scale. He represented his country at the under-17 and under-19 levels before making his senior debut in June 2015.
