Additional Info
Philip Billing joined Jack Stacey and Lloyd Kelly at Vitality Stadium as the newest AFC Bournemouth players in preparation for the upcoming 2019–20 campaign.
After Huddersfield Town’s relegation from the Premier League, the Danish midfielder moved to the Cherries for an undisclosed fee.
Billing made 34 English Premier League appearances in his first year with AFC Bournemouth and scored the first goal in a 2-1 victory over Aston Villa in February 2020.
In the third round of the FA Cup in January 2020, against Luton Town, he scored twice to help the club defeat them 4-0. This was his first goal for the team.
Billing, who stands at 6 feet, 6 inches, was the tallest midfielder in the Premier League last season, with only Southampton defender and fellow Dane Jan Vestergaard towering over him.
