Abdul Rahman Baba, popularly known as Baba Rahman, is a Ghanaian professional footballer who currently plays for Greek Super League side PAOK as well as the Ghana national team.

He began his career with Dreams FC and later joined Asante Kotoko in the Ghanaian Premier League. He joined Greuther Fürth in 2012 and played for them for two seasons. He then played for FC Augsburg before joining Chelsea in 2015 for a cost of £14 million, which may rise to £22 million if he performs well.

Rahman made his international debut in 2014 and was a member of the team that finished second in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
