Dejan Kulusevski is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder or winger for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the Sweden national team. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden, to Macedonian parents from Ohrid.

Kulusevski moved away from his home country as a 16-year-old to join the youth ranks at Italian outfit Atalanta, where he progressed to become a first-team player, making his senior debut in Serie A in January 2019.

He spent the first half of the following season, 2019/20, on loan at Parma, where he impressed and earned a move to Juventus in January 2020, subsequently spending the remainder of that campaign back on loan at Parma.

Tottenham Hotspur completed the permanent signing of Kulusevski in June 2023, after he’d initially joined the club on an 18-month loan from Juventus in January 2022.

Moreover, in December 2022, he earned recognition for a stand-out first year in the Premier League by being awarded the 2022 Guldbollen, the prize for Sweden’s best male player.

At international level, Kulusevski has played for Swedish youth national teams, including Sweden’s U17, U19, and U21 national teams, as well as the Macedonia Under-17 national team. He chose to play for his birth country, Sweden, at the senior level and made his debut in November 2019.
