Frederico Rodrigues De Santos is a Brazilian professional footballer who now plays for Süper Lig club Fenerbahçe as well as the Brazil national team.

Fred began his career at Internacional, where he won the Campeonato Gaucho twice. He joined Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk in June 2013, where he won three Ukrainian Premier League titles. Fred joined Manchester United in 2018, where he won the EFL Cup in 2023.

Fred played for Brazil at the under-20 and under-23 levels. In November 2014, he made his senior international debut. He was a member of Brazil’s squad for the 2015 Copa América in Chile, starting in the first two Group C games as they advanced to the quarterfinals. He was also nominated to Brazil’s final squads for the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups, as well as the Copa América in 2021.
