Jamaal Lascelles started his career at Nottingham Forest, where he played for several years.
On 9 August 2014, Lascelles signed his first contract for Newcastle and as later loaned back to Nottingham Forest for the 2014–15 season.
He signed a new six-year contract with Newcastle on 6 October 2017, keeping him at the club until 2023 and later signed a new contract until 2024.
