Joelinton Cássio Apolinário de Lira, famously known as “Joelinton,” is a professional footballer who currently plays for Newcastle and the Brazil national team.
Joelinton began his career with Sport Recife before joining Hoffenheim in 2015. He was loaned to Rapid Wien for two years from 2016 before joining Newcastle United in 2019, where he switched roles from striker to midfielder under Eddie Howe’s management.
