Marek Rodák started his career with MFK Koice in his home country before being offered a trial with Fulham in 2013. At the age of 16, he was signed permanently by Fulham Academy. Despite being young, he made the Under-18 squad and appeared in the FA Youth Cup Final against Chelsea in 2014.
Rodák made his Fulham debut on August 8, 2017, in a League Cup match against Wycombe Wanderers. Later that month, Rodak joined Rotherham United on loan for the remainder of the season, making his debut in a 3-2 home win over Bury.
On July 25, 2018, he returned to the club for another season-long loan. Returning to his hometown club Fulham for the 2019-20 season, he was named First Team goalkeeper. He appeared in 38 games that season.
