Sofyan Amrabat is a professional footballer on loan from Serie A club Fiorentina to Premier League club Manchester United. He was born in the Netherlands and played for Morocco’s national team.
Amrabat is a Utrecht youth system graduate. He made his first-team debut in November 2014 and made 54 appearances for the club before joining Feyenoord in 2017. He joined Belgian club Club Brugge a year later and was loaned to Italian club Hellas Verona in August 2019. Hellas Verona bought him and sold him to Fiorentina in January 2020. In September 2023, he joined Manchester United on loan.
Amrabat represented both the Netherlands and Morocco at the youth level. In March 2017, he earned his senior international debut for Morocco and has since played in two FIFA World Cups.
