Toni Kroos plays as a midfielder for La Liga club Real Madrid. He was a member of the German youth teams from an early age.

Kroos started his senior club career playing for Bayern Munich, where he made his debut at age 17 in 2007. 

He joined Real Madrid in 2014. In Madrid, he won 16 trophies, with 3 La Liga titles and 4 UEFA Champions League titles, 3 of which he won consecutively between 2016 and 2018, each time being selected in the competition’s team of the season. 

Kroos was awarded the best player in the 2006 UEFA European Under-17 Championship. He also won the golden ball in the 2007 FIFA Under-17 World Cup.
