Ahmed Abdullahi is a Nigerian forward who plays for Premier League club Sunderland. Born on 19 June 2004 in Nasarawa State, he emerged as one of the country’s more coveted young attackers, drawing trials with Olympique de Marseille and Borussia Dortmund in 2021 before joining Belgian outfit Gent. His progress earned a call-up to Nigeria’s under-20 squad for the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
