About
Manchester City completed the signing of Allan Andrade Elias from Palmeiras on 31 August 2026 for a fee that could reach £34.2m, tying the Brazilian to a five-year contract. He came through the Palmeiras academy after starting out at Figueirense in his home city of Florianópolis, operating as an attacking midfielder who can also play off the left. City are betting on potential rather than a finished product: Allan had barely 18 months of senior football under his belt before the move.
