The former West Ham player, Ogbonna, is an Italian professional footballer who last played as a centre back for EFL Championship club Watford. Ogbonna signed for Torino in 2002, having previously been a member of Nuova Cassino’s youth set-up. Ogbonna made his debut in Serie A at the age of 18 under Alberto Zaccheroni.

Angelo Ogbonna joined West Ham United from Juventus in the summer of 2015.

Ogbonna, a UEFA Euro 2012 runner-up and Euro 2016 squad member, established himself as a fan favourite with a series of memorable goals and performances and was part of the side that won the UEFA Europa Conference League in 2023 at the age of 35.
