Anthony Patterson is an English goalkeeper who progressed through Sunderland’s academy, making his first-team debut in November 2020. After a loan spell at Notts County, he became Sunderland’s first-choice goalkeeper in January 2022, helping them win the League One play-offs. Patterson made his England U21 debut in June 2023 and signed a contract with Sunderland until 2028.
