Bouna Junior Sarr is a professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Senegal national team. He was born in Lyon, France, to a Senegalese father and a Guinean mother.

Sarr started out in football with FC Gerland before moving to the youth team at Lyon. His last stint was at Marseille. He’s been part of the FC Bayern squad since the 2020/21 season and, among other things, won the FIFA Club World Cup with the men in Munich in 2020.

At the international level, Sarr made his debut for the Senegal national team in 2021.
