About
Elyh Harrison is an English goalkeeper, born in Redbridge on 19 February 2006, who is currently a free agent. He came through Manchester United’s academy after joining from Stevenage in 2022, and his performances earned him the Denzil Haroun Reserve-Team Player of the Year award for the 2023/24 season at Under-18s level. An England Under-19 international who is also eligible for South Africa through his parents, Harrison gained senior experience on loan, making 18 appearances for Chester in the National League North during 2024/25 before being recalled to Old Trafford. He later spent part of the 2025/26 campaign on loan at League Two side Shrewsbury Town under Michael Appleton. Standing six feet tall and regarded as one of England’s more promising young homegrown goalkeepers, he had been contracted until June 2025 on reported weekly wages of around £180.
