Justin Devenny is a Northern Ireland midfielder who plays for Premier League side Crystal Palace. Born on 11 October 2003, he came up through the youth ranks at Kilmarnock before moving to Airdrieonians, where his form during the club’s promotion push earned him a transfer to Palace’s academy in August 2023. He made his senior Eagles debut in November 2024 against Fulham and scored his first goal in the very next outing, a 2-2 draw at Aston Villa. A versatile operator who can play in central midfield, further forward or at wing-back, Devenny capped a breakout 2024-25 campaign with an FA Cup winners’ medal and later netted his penalty in the shootout that won Palace the Community Shield. He received his first Northern Ireland senior call-up in November 2024. Devenny signed a new contract in January 2025 that keeps him at Selhurst Park until the summer of 2027.
