Signed professionally with Celtic at age 15 before joining Leeds United in August 2021 on a four-year deal. Made his Premier League debut against West Ham in January 2022, becoming the youngest Norwegian to play in the Premier League. Joined Sunderland in January 2024 on a four-and-a-half-year deal.
