Luca Koleosho

Luca Koleosho is an Italian-American forward on the books at Burnley, having developed in the youth ranks at Spanish side Espanyol before the Clarets paid a reported £2.6 million plus add-ons to sign the teenage winger in the summer of 2023. Born in Connecticut in September 2004, he made his Premier League breakthrough under Vincent Kompany, scoring his first top-flight goal against Sheffield United in December 2023 before a knee injury cut short his debut campaign. Quick and direct off either flank, he featured regularly early in Burnley’s Championship promotion season and has represented Italy at youth level, including the Under-21s, though he remains eligible for the United States, Canada and Nigeria. Koleosho is contracted to the club until June 2029 and earns a reported weekly wage of around £1,000, with the young attacker still working to nail down a settled first-team role.
