Lucas Digne is a professional footballer who plays as a defender (full-back) for Premier League club Aston Villa and the France national team. He was born in Meaux, Seine-et-Marne, France.

Digne has represented some of the biggest clubs in Europe after breaking through at Lille, playing for Paris Saint Germain, Roma, and Barcelona. He signed for Aston Villa in January 2022, completing a move from Everton.

At the international level, Digne made his senior debut for France in March 2014.
