Luke Paul Hoare Shaw is a left-back for Manchester United and the England national team.
Shaw, a product of Southampton’s youth system, made his first-team debut in January 2012. In May of that year, he signed his first professional contract before becoming a fixture in the Southampton club for the next two seasons. Manchester United signed Shaw in June 2014 for £30 million, a world record transfer cost for a teenager at the time.
Shaw made his senior international debut for England in a 1-0 friendly win against Denmark in March 2014 and was afterward included in the FIFA World Cup roster.
