Mathys Henri Tel is a professional footballer who plays as a striker (centre-forward) for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich. He was born in Sarcelles, France, and he is of Guadeloupean descent.

Tel is a former youth academy player of Paris FC. He joined Stade Rennais F.C. in 2020 and made his professional debut in August 2021. He joined FC Bayern from Stade Rennais in the summer of 2022.

At the international level, Tel has represented France at the under-17, under-18, and under-19 levels. Additionally, the forward captained the France U17s to the 2022 European Championship title.
