Nayef Aguerd is a Moroccan professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Ligue 1 club Marseille and the Morocco national team. He began his professional career playing for Botola side FUS Rabat before leaving for France and playing for Dijon and Rennes.

Nayef Aguerd joined West Ham United from Stade Rennais on a five-year contract in June 2022. He made his debut for the Hammers in a friendly against Reading on July 16, playing 63 minutes of a 1-1 draw at the Madejski Stadium
