Noam Fritz Emeran is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward or winger for Dutch Eerste Divisie club Groningen.

Emeran has represented France at the international level at the youth level. Through his mother, he is qualified to represent Rwanda. He is the son of Fritz Emeran, a former professional footballer. His father is of Guadeloupean descent, while his mother is of Rwandan descent.
