Reece James’s agility and outstanding crossing skills have assisted him in doing well at full-back and wing-back all the way through the Chelsea Academy team and now with the first team.

Also able to play in a back three or in the middle of the park, James is a graduate of the club’s growth centre programme and has been training with Chelsea since the age of six.
