Aston Villa is happy to say that it has reached a contract to sign Youri Tielemans.

Following the expiration of his contract with Leicester City, the Belgian international will formally join the Villans on July 1.

Since the beginning of his career, Tielemans has competed at the highest level for clubs like Anderlecht and Monaco. Most recently, he played for Leicester City in the Premier League, where his goal assisted the Foxes in winning the FA Cup in 2021.

The 26-year-old plays regularly for his country on the international stage and has represented Belgium at the UEFA Euro 2020 and World Cup competitions in 2018 and 2022.
