Frank began his professional career with the Nigerian team FC Ebedei before moving to the Danish team FC Midtjylland in January 2016. He scored in his first game for the first team, which was a 7-0 victory over Greve Fodbold in the Danish Cup. In FC Midtjylland’s qualifying match against Astana FC in 2018, Frank made his UEFA Champions League debut.

Frank joined Brentford in 2021. During the 21-22 season, he played 20 times for the club.
