Igor Julio dos Santos de Paulo, also known as Igor Julio or simply Igor, is a Brazilian professional footballer who currently plays for Premier League team West Ham on loan Bfrom righton & Hove Albion as a centre-back.

Igor joined Red Bull Brasil’s youth setup from Portuguesa Santista. After impressing with the under-20 side, he travelled abroad in July 2016 to join Austrian Bundesliga side FC Red Bull Salzburg, where he was initially allocated to the reserve squad.

Igor made his professional debut for Liefering on 22 July 2016, starting in a 1-0 home win over SV Horn in the Austrian Football First League. After becoming a regular starter, he made his first team debut the following 28 May, playing the entire 90-minute game against SC Rheindorf Altach at home.

On May 26, 2017, Igor was promoted to Red Bull Salzburg’s senior squad. However, he continued to play primarily with the B-team. On January 7, 2018, he was loaned to Wolfsberger AC, another top-tier team, until June.

Igor transferred to FK Austria Wien on a season-long loan on July 2, 2018.

Igor signed a contract extension with Italian Serie A team SPAL on June 26, 2019.

Igor joined Fiorentina on a two-year loan with an option to buy on January 31, 2020.

Brighton & Hove Albion confirmed the signing of Igor on a four-year agreement on July 26, 2023, for a reported sum of €17 million.
