Jess Vallejo Lázaro is a Spanish professional footballer who is on loan from Real Madrid and plays as a centre-back for La Liga club Granada.

He began his professional career with Zaragoza. In 2015, the 18-year-old joined Real Madrid, where he was loaned to Zaragoza, Eintracht Frankfurt, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Granada before becoming a reserve player.

Vallejo represented Spain as a youth international, winning the European Under-21 Championship in 2019 and silver with the Olympic team in 2020.
