Joe Rothwell, a playmaking midfielder, joined AFC Bournemouth during the summer of 2022 as the club’s second signing in preparation for the 2022–2023 English Premier League season.
The midfielder was born in Manchester and joined Manchester United’s youth team when he was six years old. He became a professional player in the summer of 2013.
