About
Marc Guiu is a Spanish forward currently playing for Chelsea. A product of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy, he announced himself in October 2023 when, aged just 17, he came off the bench and scored the winner against Athletic Bilbao on his La Liga debut, making him one of the youngest debut scorers in the club’s history. Chelsea triggered his release clause to sign him on 1 July 2024, and he has since contributed goals across the Premier League, UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup, with a brief loan spell at Sunderland during the 2025/26 campaign. A left-footed, physically powerful penalty-box striker prized for his sharp finishing and intelligent movement, Guiu was also joint top scorer at the 2023 UEFA Under-17 Championship. He is contracted to Chelsea until August 2029 and reportedly earns around £30,000 per week.
