Irish defender who began his career at Cork City before joining Crystal Palace, with loan spells at Swindon Town and RWD Molenbeek. Joined Lyon in August 2023 for 850,000 pounds, becoming the first Irishman to play in Ligue 1 since Tony Cascarino in 2000. Made 27 appearances and scored four goals, including one in the 2024 Coupe de France final. Everton signed him in July 2024 for 17 million pounds on a four-year contract.
