Arrad started his professional career at Carlisle United, where he made his debut in 2019 as a 17-year-old. He was an important player for the team in the 2019-20 season, appearing in 34 games and scoring two goals.

He joined Everton on a two-and-a-half-year agreement for an undisclosed sum on January 13, 2020. On July 12, he made his debut against the Wolves. He joined Blackburn Rovers on loan until the end of the season in January 2021.

After the loan period, he was loaned out to Eredivisie club PSV for a season on July 17, 2022. He is a member of the club’s senior and reserve squads.
