Olivier Boscagli is a French defender who plays for Brighton & Hove Albion. Born in Monaco-Ville in November 1997, he came through OGC Nice’s academy and turned professional there in 2015, spending a productive 2017-18 loan season at Nîmes Olympique that helped earn promotion to Ligue 1. In the summer of 2019 he moved to PSV Eindhoven, where over six seasons he made more than 200 appearances and developed into a versatile presence, comfortable at centre-back, left-back and even in defensive midfield. With PSV he collected two Eredivisie titles, a KNVB Cup and two Johan Cruyff Shields, while also representing France at youth levels from under-17 through under-21. He joined Brighton as a free agent in July 2025 on a deal that runs until June 2030, and is reported to earn around £60,000 per week.
